Summary

The Assistant Manager at Exile Brewing Company must maintain and build a culture of excellence and hospitality in our brewpub. This is best done through training quality employees, adhering to already established processes, and building accountability. A love of hospitality, craft beer and the restaurant industry is a must.

30-40 Hours per week
Reports to General Manager

Responsibilities

• Proficient at all FOH position (bar, server, expo, host)

• Excellent customer service skills

• Manage staff and ensure that they are performing their duties effectively

• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner

• Sunday closing shift, ability to fill in as needed

• Ability to answer phone calls and knowledgeably respond to customers

• Perform other duties as assigned by the full-time Manager
  

Knowledge & Skill Requirements

• Proficient in Excel.

• Able to learn & operate new software & technology.

• Ability to hold employees accountable while maintaining relationships.

• Great hospitality and interpersonal skills.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to spend hours at a time on your feet and easily climb stairs.
