Roles and Responsibilities  

Quality Control Responsibilities  

1. ATP Meter use and handling 

2. Chemical handling and disposal  

3. Data entry and analysis 

4. Cbox use and cleanliness 

5. All miscellaneous data recording as needed 
   

Packaging Responsibilities

Ability to perform complete operation of CTC-10, keg washer & filler, case & 6-pack erector including but not limited to: 

1. Preparation 

2. Operation & troubleshooting 

3. Emergency repairs 

4. Daily clean-up and shutdown. 

5. Display a positive attitude and logical approach to assigned tasks and unexpected challenges 

6. Maintain flexibility with scheduling regarding production needs 

7. Display a working knowledge of mechanical and automated equipment, including ability to contact and communicate with staff and/or technicians to effectively address issues and solve in a timely manner 

8. Display an understanding of the brewing process with focus on important factors in packaged beer 

9. Display a sense of responsibility through assistance of all co-workers in ensuring completion of departmental duties 

Quality Responsibilities

1. Strict adherence to the QCP & QAP for all standard measurements  

2. Adhere to Corrective Actions described in QCPs & Escalate Quality Issues to the Quality Department by utilizing Quality Corrections channel  

3. Adhere to all department Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in collaboration with Head Brewer, Packaging Director & Quality Manager  

4. Adherence to all department GMPs and GLPs in collaboration with Head Brewer, Packaging Director & Quality Manager  

5. Make recommendations to supervisor for maintenance, repair and upkeep of facility and all equipment
