Exile Brewing Company is seeking a committed, full-time, Warehouse Manager & Driver. This position is a vital role in our operation and can only be successfully filled by someone who is dedicated to brewing and packaging high-quality beer and delivering it to our customers as efficiently as possible. We’re looking for a Warehouse Manager & Driver to join our team: someone who’s as comfortable behind the wheel of a 53’ truck as they are managing inventory and keeping our warehouse operations running smoothly.

Founded in 2012, we are a family-owned and operated microbrewery and brewpub that produces world-class lagers and ales. We brew and package all our beer at our historic facility in Des Moines, IA. Our brands are distributed throughout Iowa and select markets in Illinois and Nebraska.
Responsibilities
Warehouse Management
Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring stock is organized and accurate.
Manage inventory levels, track stock movement, and conduct regular counts.
Build and stage orders for distributors and internal transfers.
Driving and Deliveries
Operate a 53’ truck for daily short trips between our brewery, off-site warehouse, and a local distributor.
Make weekly trips to Cedar Rapids and occasional monthly runs to other regional destinations.
Safely load, secure, and deliver products on time.
Supply Chain & Ordering
Place weekly orders for packaging materials and other supplies as directed by the Logistics Manager.
Pick up packaging supplies and ensure timely delivery back to the brewery.
General Operations
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
Coordinate with brewing, packaging, and distribution teams to ensure smooth operations.
Work closely with the Logistics Manager to accommodate new goals as they arise.
Assist with other logistics-related tasks as needed.
Qualifications
Required
Valid Class A CDL license.
Clean driving record and ability to operate a 53’ tractor-trailer confidently.
Prior experience with inventory management and warehouse operations.
Ability to safely lift up to 55lbs and operate a forklift (training can be provided if needed).
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
Preferred
Previous experience in the brewing or beverage industry.
Familiarity with order-building and supply chain processes.
Schedule
Monday-Friday, full time.
Daily local driving, weekly trips to Cedar Rapids, and occasional monthly out-of-town runs.
